Dr. Thomas Pereles
Dr. Thomas R. Pereles is an orthopedic and adult reconstruction specialist. Dr. Pereles is Board Certified in Orthopedics. Dr. Pereles completed a fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at Anderson Orthopaedic Research Institute. His specialties include hip replacements, knee replacements, and revision procedures.
Dr. Jack Otteni
Dr. Jack Otteni is Board Certified in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine and has been in practice with SVOSM since 2003. Dr. Otteni completed a fellowship in sports medicine and shoulder surgery at Duke University. He has received the Best Bedside Manner Award for the region several times. His interests include arthroscopy, sports medicine, and replacements of the shoulder, knee, and hip.
Dr. Ramon Esteban
Dr. Ramon Esteban is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon. He joined the group in 2005 after finishing his training. He earned the 2015 Best Bedside Manner Award for Shenandoah Valley and Charlottesville. His specialties include shoulder, knee, and hip replacement, sports medicine, and foot and ankle care.
Dr. Brian Dean
Dr. Brian Dean is ABOS Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery. He completed a sports medicine fellowship at New England Baptist Hospital.
His specialties include shoulder arthroscopy and shoulder replacements, elbow surgery, knee replacements, and arthroscopic knee procedures.
Dr. Ryan Rieser
Dr. G. Ryan Rieser is Board Certified in Orthopedics Surgery. After doing an Adult Reconstructive Fellowship at the Virginia Tech Carilion Clinic, his areas of special interest are the direct anterior approach to hip replacements, knee replacements, and hip and knee revisions.
Dr. Patrick Greenwell
Dr. Patrick Greenwell is an orthopedic and adult reconstruction specialist. He completed his fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at New England Baptist Hospital. His areas of special interest include direct anterior total hip replacements, cementless knee replacements, and revision procedures.

Frank Fisher, PA-C
Frank Fisher obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Hahnemann University located in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Fisher enjoys working in orthopedics as it gives him the opportunity to take care of patients with sports and general orthopedic injuries. He strives to provide personalized care.
Roberto Lianez, NP
Roberto Lianez received his Bachelor of Science in nursing from James Madison University. He went on to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner from The University of Virginia. Mr. Lianez’s main interest include non-surgical interventions for osteoarthritis, fracture care, and patient education.
Beth Davis, NP
Beth Davis enjoys supporting and educating patients to meet their goals; whether that is getting back to their favorite activity or living pain free. She was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley, graduating from Fort Defiance High School where she spent her time as an athletic trainer or participating in various sports.
Angela “Angie” Vickers, PA-C
Angela “Angie” Vickers is from northwestern Pennsylvania and attended Slippery Rock University for her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. She received a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Lock Haven University.
